What if I purchase a plan in the middle of a month?
We bill you immediately when you change. If you purchase and provided a credit card to us, we will automatically bill you again on the regular interval you selected:
- Monthly Plans every 30 days

How do automatic renewals work if I upgrade through your iOS app?
Due to restrictions by Apple, if you purchase through an in-app purchase in our iOS app, your plan will be automatically renewed by iTunes.

What if I change my paid plan in the middle of a billing period?
If you change your credit-card backed subscription plan in the middle of a billing period, the fee for that billing period of service will be pro-rated in accordance with the number of complete days during that billing period when the account was active. The pro-rated amount will be stored as a credit on your account, and automatically applied to your new paid plan.
DOES NOT APPLY TO PLANS PAID VIA ITUNES APP STORE/IOS IN-APP PURCHASES. CHANGES FOR ITUNES APP STORE/IOS IN-APP PURCHASED PLANS TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY, AND CANNOT BE PRO-RATED.

WebProtectMe accepts all major credit cards.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel at any time through your Account page. If you want to completely close your account just shoot us an email: help@webprotectme.com
What is your refund policy?
Basically it's: we don’t want your money if you’re not amazingly happy.
