If you upgraded to a Premium service plan less than 30 days ago, just let us know and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid us. Otherwise, just hit the Cancel Subscription link on the Account page, and we’ll downgrade your account to a Basic plan and you won't be charged anymore.
The WebProtectMe Promise: If you’re not satisfied, for any reason, within 30 days you get a full refund, period. We don’t want your money if you’re not amazingly happy.
The Apple Caveat: If you purchased something from us through the iTunes App Store, or an iOS In-App Purchase in one of our apps, we can't refund or pro-rate you.
