When you take WebProtectMe to your work or school, you may find that your device complains that it can't connect to the WebProtectMe service. This may be due to the firewall at your work or school blocking the WebProtectMe service.
Allowing access to WebProtectMe services
The network administrator at your school or workplace can help you by allowing access to the WebProtectMe servers. What they need to know:
- Allow TCP traffic to port 3128
- Allow HTTP and HTTPS access to: *webprotectme.com and *digitar.com
We will help your school or workplace's IT staff anytime! Just have them contact us at email@example.com and identify themselves as IT professionals.
